I learned Spanish in school for 4 years, and also took IB Spanish SL in high school. In my classes, I wrote, read, spoke, and listened to a lot of texts in Spanish and had conversations with native and non-native speakers for fun and to learn more.

Marathi is my parents' native language and so I grew up listening to and understanding it, and this has continued throughout my life.

In June 2020, I decided to start self learning German due to my desire to keep learning new languages, because there are a lot of engineering companies in Germany, and because I wanted to use my time during a pandemic usefully. I am using duolingo to learn, and hope to speak to some of my friends who are native German speakers soon.
