My role at UW:
I advise my peers about CSE coursework, mentor current and prospective CSE students and help navigate their academic experiences, connect students to resources and support, and present to classes and at workshops.

My role at UW:
I present at student panels, give Day in the Life presentations about UW CSE, help conduct information sessions for prospective students, do tech talks, and offer classroom assistance for K-12 students in the Seattle area.

My role at UW:
I work as the link between current UW students and UW alumni, as well as helping the Alumni Association at events. We help organize, plan, and execute school wide events to keep students connected with their alumni and grow more connected to the UW network.

My role at UW:
I'm a TA for a computer science course at the University of Washington. I have to prepare for and lead a section of over 20 students, on the topic of CS + social good. I also grade their assignments, work with other TAs, and manage curriculum with the Lead TA Team.

My role at Coding with Kids:
I will start this position in Summer 2020. Due to the global pandemic, these classes will be taught online through Zoom, where I will teach young students the basics of python and work with them in scratch to create simple, fun projects.

My role at True Martial Arts:
From 2014 to 2019, I was a head instructor at True Martial Arts and taught classes and lessons to many different students. I also worked with and trained my assistant instructors, and led students in summer camps. I also taught a class designed specifically for students with mental and/or physical disabilities, such as autism, down syndrome, and dyslexia. Additionally, I achieved my own 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and Modern Arnis here.

My role at the Tutoring Center:
In the summer of 2019, I worked here as a math and reading tutor for students of all ages. I managed lessons and helped with their class content, and assisted in assessments for new students.

My role at Chipotle:
I worked at Chipotle as a crew member, making tacos, burritos, and more foods to gain customer service skills. I helped serve thousands of customers, learned how to work in a fast pace environment, and gained more teamwork skills. I also learned the value of being "customer obsessed" and how important that is for any business to be successful.
